1. Who we are
This website and our ordering service are operated by Golositalia FZCO, the legal entity behind the Pastelerías 3L brand. Our business address is Golositalia JLT, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Cluster C, Retail Shop C6/A, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “3L” mean Golositalia FZCO, and Pastelerías 3L is the customer-facing brand under which we trade. “You” means the person placing the order or using this website.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
3. Our products
We make Tres Leches cakes, cake jars, bakery items and custom cakes. Products are freshly prepared and perishable. Because they are handmade, colours, decoration and finish may vary slightly from photographs, which are for illustration only.
Custom cakes are made to the details you confirm with our team (size, flavour, design and any text). Please check these details carefully before paying. By sending us images or text for a custom design, you confirm that you are entitled to use them.
Our products are made with ingredients such as milk, eggs and wheat flour. If you or anyone eating the product has an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before you order so our team can advise you. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
4. How ordering works
Orders are placed with our team through WhatsApp:
- Message us on WhatsApp with what you would like. Our team confirms the items, availability and prices in AED.
- Share your delivery location — ideally a WhatsApp location pin — so we can confirm the delivery area and its minimum order value.
- We send you a secure payment link showing the total amount, including any delivery charge.
- Pay by Visa or Mastercard on the secure page hosted by our payment provider, Paymennt. Your order is confirmed once the payment has been verified.
- We prepare your order and deliver it at the date and time agreed with you.
5. Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The total you pay — products plus any delivery charge — is shown on your payment link before you pay. Each delivery area has a minimum order value, set out in our Delivery Policy. If a price shown to you is clearly wrong, we will contact you before taking payment.
6. Payment
Orders are paid in full, in advance, by Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment page hosted by our payment provider, Paymennt. Your card details are entered directly on that page; Pastelerías 3L does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Payment links are valid for a limited time. If a link expires before you pay, nothing is charged and our team can send you a new one.
7. When your order is confirmed
Your order is accepted and confirmed only once your payment has been verified with our payment provider. Reaching the payment page, or being redirected after it, does not by itself confirm an order.
We may decline an order before payment — for example if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, the order is below the area’s minimum value, or a product is unavailable. If, after payment, we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for anything we cannot supply.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information: your name and mobile number, the recipient’s details, the exact delivery location and access instructions, the details of any custom design, and any allergy information. Problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information are handled under our Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Delivery
We deliver within the Dubai areas listed in our Delivery Policy, which explains delivery areas, minimum order values, charges, scheduling and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.
10. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order at no cost before you pay. Once payment is verified your order is confirmed.
A confirmed order may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. We then refund 90% of the amount paid and retain 10% as a cancellation and administrative fee. If fewer than 12 hours remain before the scheduled delivery time, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

11. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our products and to contact us. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas that are not intended for customers, or copy our name, logos, photographs or content for commercial use without our written permission. The staff operations area is for authorised Pastelerías 3L team members only.
12. Our responsibility to you
We take care to prepare and deliver your order as agreed. To the extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for products that are stored or handled incorrectly after delivery. Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you pay for your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
